Singin� in the Rain

Previously listed as IB Technicolor (it is not).^^PHI NOTES (JG, 12/30/2016):^^I looked at four of the six reels of your 35mm print of SINGIN� IN THE RAIN just now. �^^It is not a Technicolor print, but it is a low-fade LPP�Eastmancolor print, for which the color has not faded. �It is not as vibrant as a Technicolor print, but the color tones are pleasing. �It has all the hallmarks of an LPP print of a Technicolor film made during the 1980s: whites a little too bright, blacks sometimes a tad flashed, other times a bit too dense. �In regard to condition, there are only a handful of splices (most occurring during the��Moses Supposes� number), none of them particularly significant; with minor wear throughout which is nearly unnoticeable except during��bright� scenes, and at heads and ends of reels.^^
