He turns on and gives speech:^^Robot (talking w/machine-like stiffness--words don't match mouth): Hello ^ladies and gentlemen. As you know, computers now make things possible that have never been possible before. That's why Volkswagen designed a computer for this engine to make possible an advanced fuel injection ^system in the VW fastback and squareback. And this is the computer (We ^now see the VWs, a motor on a lucite stand, a computer on another). It ^figures out precise amounts of fuel and air and along with the fuel^injection system, eliminates the carburator and enables you to get 27 ^mpg. (Robot eyes computer, winks at it) Say, you're okay. What are you ^doing after the show?^^Narrator: The Volkswagen fastback and squareback. Now with fuel ��^injection and this amazing computer.^^Robot shuts down. Workman comes back, takes robot away, but accidently ��^reactivates it; begins speech over.
